TOWN OF NEDERLAND MUNICIPAL ELECTION INFORMATION
The Town of Nederland’s regular municipal election will be conducted on April 6, 2010 as a regular paper ballot election. The designated polling place for all precincts within the Town’s limits will be the Nederland Community Center (located at 750 Hwy 72), with voting hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The ballot will ask voters to consider candidates for the mayoral position as well as four Trustee positions.
NOMINATION PETITIONS are available online. Candidates can find this information on the information page below. Petitions can be circulated beginning Feb 15th.
Additionally, the Board of Trustees has referred a question concerning adding a lodging tax to the voters. More information on the ballot issues can be found by clicking the link below. The Town Clerk will be receiveing pro/con TABOR comments until Feb 19th for inclusion in the required mailing for this issue.
